Viral: Police and Taxi Driver Confrontation. Police Breaks Taxi's Window Glass

Another issue involving taxi driver but this time it's between a Police and a Taxi Driver.

The Policeman was asking for the license of the Taxi Driver. The driver insist not to surrender his license because there were a lot of other taxi that go before him. The driver was asking what was his violation. The Police told him that he was loading passenger at the mid way.

While their argument is going on the Police eventually breaks the window glass of the taxi using his hands. That made the taxi driver and the passengers a little anxious. So the driver did surrender his license to the police officer.

The taxi driver may really be liable to that offense. But is it right for the Police to break the Taxi's window glass? You decide!
