A surprise raid and inspection have been conducted by Philippine Authorities last Monday December 15, 2014 in the maximum security compound of the New Bilibid Prisons in Muntinlupa City.
Everyone were surprised of what they've discovered about the luxurious living of 20 high profiled inmates.
One of the cells that have been inspected was of Herbert Colangco. A notorious and convicted robbery gang leader who was serving his 12 - 14 year imprisonment since 2009.
Everyone were shocked after several luxury and expensive items including thousands of cash has been found inside the cell. One of that is the recording studio having luxurious instruments.
Without the knowledge of many people, many of the convicted law breakers were also victims of injustice. They also have the talents and skills that might be of help in promoting peace inside the NBP (New Bilibid Prisons) where they wanted to unite several gang leaders.
Inside his room is the studio where they performed and recorded his single titled "Pa'no 'Yon". Below is the video which can also be viewed directly from Herbert's Youtube Channel.
The NBP authorities were amenable that they approved these kind of event. Especially if the goal is to promote peace and inspire other convicts within the Maximum Security Compound.

The MSC were filled with talented inmates. Gang wars vanished and several inmates started a new and hope to have a better life.
