It wasn't new if we can find foreign people and hear them speaking in Filipino language fluently.
Recently, a Filipino OFW in Dubai named Richard uploaded a video of his conversation with a Pakistani Driver speaking Tagalog fluently.
The video went viral after several Netizens were amazed with his accent and how deep he can speak Tagalog.

In their conversation, he was asked if there's traffic and he said in plain Tagalog "Hindi, walang traffic, walang sasakyan, bakante na daan".
Richard then asked him if he has a girl friend and he answered "Hindi, walang syota, walang asawa, walang kasintahan, walang katipan, walang jowa, pero walang akong swerte malas ko". He also said that he wants a girl who is "Maganda, mabango, matamis, malinis at araw-araw naliligo ng tatlong beses". What he said is kind of funny though and he even knew the term "Boom, Panis!".
He then started asking if Richard knows the Tagalog term of Sport, which he said "Palakasan!".
Richard on his side just keep on saying "Ang galing mo talaga, ang lalalim ng tagalog mo!".
